Project Management
- Supervision of both the manufacturing and installation of plant and equipment, specifically spray drier modifications , evaporators, wet scrubbers, heating systems and associated plant
- Project and contract management, cost control. Assessment of tender packages jointly with client.
- Preparation and issuing of tender documents and quotation requests.
- Interface management and design as required to provide seamless project execution.
- Project Safety Management including
- regular safety audits
- monitoring health and safety performance
- running Permit to Work system
- working at heights
- confined spaces
- site safety programme
- project timeline and cash flow projection development. Budget control and assessment of actual cash flow against predicted
